ウレタン製バンプラバー (リアサスペンション用)ソフトVer
今回開発したバンプラバーは従来品と同様の形状ですが、ウレタンの硬さをソフトに仕上げました。ドライバーによって異なるバンプタッチのフィーリングを求める為、今回の開発に至りました。バンプラバーは、2つ目のスプリングの役目をします。ある程度ストローク位置から当ててあげてバンプラバーを潰していくとスプリングレートが上がったのと同じ効果があります。高レｰトになる事によりタイヤをより圧し潰す事ができる為グリップ力を増す事が可能になります。バンプラバーに当たる速度が速すぎたり硬すぎたりすると一気にタイヤ潰れてしまいタイヤが負けた状態になってしまう為、弊社のバンプラバーはゆっくりレートが発生する可変レート構造になっております。

The bump rubber we developed this time has the same shape as the conventional product, but the urethane hardness has been softened. We developed this in order to obtain different bump touch feelings depending on the driver. The bump rubber acts as a second spring. If you hit the bump rubber from a certain stroke position and crush it, it has the same effect as increasing the spring rate. A high rate allows the tire to be crushed more, making it possible to increase grip. If the speed at which the bump rubber hits the tire is too fast or too hard, the tire will be crushed all at once and the tire will be defeated, so our bump rubber has a variable rate structure that generates a slow rate.
