以前のTDフランジのマニを販売しておりましたが、今回リニューアルしたTDマニは、以前の1.6ｍｍからパイプ厚を3.0ｍｍにする事で、より耐久性を重視した造りなっており、素材には丈夫なSUS304ステンレスを採用し、パイプはフランジ内部まで入り込む構造ですが、補強板を溶接する事でより割れないよう造りになっております。 付属品の補強ステーで、ウエストゲート側の補強及びフランジの歪みを最小限に抑えができます。

We have been selling the previous TD flange manifold, but the newly renewed TD manifold has a pipe thickness of 3.0mm instead of the previous 1.6mm, and is made with more emphasis on durability. It is made of durable SUS304 stainless steel, and the pipe is designed to go all the way into the flange, but by welding a reinforcing plate it is more resistant to cracking. The included reinforcing stay can be used to reinforce the wastegate side and minimize distortion of the flange.
