O２センサーアダプターです。シルビアや180SX（赤ヘッド車）に付いている日産の旧規格のO2センサーを現在の主流タイプのアウトレットに取付る為のM18×1.5のポートに装着できるM12×1.25の変換アダプターになります。

This is an O2 sensor adapter. It is a conversion adapter to M12×1.25 that can be attached to an M18×1.5 port in order to install Nissan's old standard O2 sensor attached to the Silvia or 180SX (red head car) to the current mainstream type outlet.
