パワーステアリングラック 240SX(S13系)/A31（左ハンドル）
近年では、フロント足廻りの延長ロアアームや、大幅な切れ角ナックルまたハイグリップタイヤが多く開発され、パワーステアリングラックへの負担が多くなり、圧に耐えれなくなり、シールがブローするケースが多く見受けられます。また純正品は高額になりすぎ、ブローが多発していることで、リビルト品も品薄になっていますのでD-MAXではブローしても負担を軽くする商品を用意致しました。希少価値の高い左ハンドル用になりますので予備で購入をおすすめ致します。
パワーステアリングオイルによりステアリングラックの耐久性は、大きく異なりますので、D-MAXではD1GP参戦車両に使用し実績のあるSUNOCO製オイルを推奨します。

注意事項
※ハイキャス有車は不可です。
※240SX(S14系)は取付可能ですが、オイルラインの配管の角度とマウントブッシュが違います。
取付に関して
※ステアリングのセンターが多少ズレている場合がございますので、装着前に必ずステアリングラックを適正な位置に調整してズレが無いことを確認した上で装着して下さい。
※アダプターを装着する場合：純正ラックの場合、切れ角UPの為のリング等を装着する場合、運転席側7ｍｍ 助手席側14ｍｍになります。弊社ラックの場合、運転席側9ｍｍ 助手席側9ｍｍとなります
※オーバーホールはできません。
In recent years, extended lower arms for the front suspension, large turning angle knuckles, and high grip tires have been developed, which puts a lot of strain on the power steering rack, and there are many cases where the seals blow out because they cannot withstand the pressure. Also, genuine parts are too expensive, and there are many cases of blowouts, so rebuilt parts are also in short supply, so D-MAX has prepared a product that reduces the strain even if it blows. It is for left-hand drive cars, which are rare, so we recommend purchasing it as a spare.
The durability of the steering rack varies greatly depending on the power steering oil, so D-MAX recommends SUNOCO oil, which has a proven track record and is used in vehicles participating in the D1GP.

Notes
※Not compatible with vehicles with HICAS.
※240SX (S14 series) can be installed, but the angle of the oil line piping and the mounting bush are different.
Installation
※The center of the steering wheel may be slightly misaligned, so be sure to adjust the steering rack to the correct position before installation and check that there is no misalignment.
※When installing an adapter: For genuine racks, if you install a ring to increase the turning angle, it will be 7mm on the driver's side and 14mm on the passenger's side. For our racks, it will be 9mm on the driver's side and 9mm on the passenger's side.
※Overhaul is not possible.
